Returns Policy

At Serenities Art studio we are confident that you will be satisfied with the items in your purchase.


If however you feel the need to return these items, please take note of the following:
You can return items that you are unsatisfied with within 7 days of the receipt.
We will refund or exchange any goods if you return them within the specified 7 days of receipt.

Let us know of your planned return by emailing us at info@serenitiesartstudio.co.za (include your Order number in the email)
  • The goods must still be in their original packaging and they may not have been opened or used at all in order for the exchange or return to be processed.
  • You may select your own courier to return the goods or request us to collect them. We will not compensate for the courier cost of returning unwanted goods and if we collect the goods we will deduct the collection fee from the refund applicable (the collection fee should work out to the same fee as charged originally for the delivery)
  • If you return all or most of any order or part of a very small order, we reserve the right to not refund you on the delivery fee as this is an irreversible cost that had already been incurred at the time of the refund request.
What to do if goods are defective?
In the event that goods are found to be defective, we will offer a replacement or refund to the value of the productas per payment made. Please let us know of your concern at info@serenitiesartstudio.co.za (include your Order number in the email) and we will send a courier to collect the item. We reserve the right to refer any returned item for technical assessment prior to exchange or refund, and will provide you with feedback within 14 working days of the returned item.

How to return items to us:
Ensure all paints, resins, bottles and pots are properly closed. Place the container in any plastic bag and tape it shut from top to bottom to ensure the lid cannot come off.
Pack all items tightly in a cardboard box, add in the copy of your invoice and any information you feel may be valuable to the assesment of the defective product. Seal the box and address it to the details emailed to you upon requesting a refund at info@serenitiesartstudio.co.za.
Please include your Name, address and contact number on the parcel under the "Sending" header.

Once the return has been accepted and approved, please allow at least 48 hours for the Electronic Transfer directly into your account to take place. If we replace goods, we will send them to you via our courier services (the same way the initial goods were received).
